As we reflect on our old year and jump into the new year, here is a little look back at the highlights and a forward into the new year’s insights.
2022
January – The Beach Houses – structure is sound, walls are standing and the roof is going up
February – The Gardens – an introduction
March – The Beach Houses – the roof is up and the beach foliage getting more settled
April – The Gardens – the sales office is open in the Commercial Centre of Jolly Harbour
May – The Beach Houses – new sponsor of Antigua’s National Sailing Academy
June – Villa Moonridge – new property alert
July – The Beach Houses – road sign, fence border and driveway completed and foliage is blooming
August – The Beach Houses – windows and doors are installed
September – Elmsbridge Design – an introduction to who they are and what they do
October – The Gardens – clearing of sites for 2 villas
November – The Gardens – details on Neem Villa including renders
December – The Beach Houses – welcomed two owners to the community
We are so grateful for how each project has been going and couldn’t be happier with our teams and the results, especially going forward into this new year. The Beach Houses show villa will be completed in a couple of months and landscaping around it will be starting this week. Construction on plots 5, 8 and 9, the latter being a second show villa will be starting in a few months. The Gardens will be starting construction for villas 118 and 128 in late January. Elmsbridge Design will be busy working one on one with the new homeowners from both The Beach Houses and The Gardens. We are excited about what this new year has in store and can’t wait to update you as we go along!
