Temuco, Chile

Primavera is a planned community on 2000 acres outside the city of Temuco, in the ninth region of Chile. This was Brian Dobbin’s first international real estate development of scale with Newfound in the late 1990’s, and is targeted at the domestic residential market. It is a partnership with local landowners and continues to grow today. The master plan calls for 800 homes in total with a school, parks, recreational amenities and commercial area.

Primavera is a 21st century community. Its homes were imported from Canada and constructed on site. Each residence is connected to underground power & fiber optic cable, sewage treatment, and a centralized gas distribution system, and the community has its own telephone exchange.
