One of the first sales projects undertaken by Brian Dobbin and Newfound Property International (NPI), the group was recruited by the developer to oversee sales of 70 properties on this 40-acre project on the east coast of Antigua, its first such Caribbean development. Nonsuch Bay is now a successful resort comprising apartments, villa plots and waterfront townhouses with panoramic views of the two bays, a private beach, moorings, and recreational facilities including a waterfront restaurant.

NPI oversaw the first sales phase of the project and completed it within the first eighteen months of the engagement. The resort is fully operational and enjoying great success with a number of awards and international recognition as well as dining and other amenities.
