Option to Apply For Citizenship

All Elmsbridge properties in Antigua and Barbuda are approved under the country’s Citizenship by Investment Program.

For those who choose, pairing a home purchase with citizenship is an option that provides added security, flexibility, and peace of mind for you and your family. It enhances global mobility while protecting your investment.

From design confirmation to move-in, most homes are completed within 12 to 18 months, depending on the size and level of customization. 

Yes. Our design team works with each owner to tailor interiors, exteriors, and furnishings. We provide curated options that suit the Caribbean environment and manage installation before you arrive. 

No. Citizenship is an option for buyers. Elmsbridge properties in Antigua are approved under the country’s Citizenship by Investment Program, and our sister company, Citizens International, can manage the application if you choose to pursue it.
