For instance, we will focus on one of our current projects, The Beach Houses, to give you an idea of what you receive with your completed home. You aren’t just getting personal access to a charming beach with stunning views. Our design team will sit down with you and have a session to understand your unique style. You are getting personal one-on-one time with Kal and Kate. Afterwards, they present you with different packages to choose from and a few alternative options for certain appliances and materials. There are four packages to choose from. Each package at The Beach Houses includes the furniture, appliances, materials, window treatments, landscaping, a private pool and a property management option.
You can expect a fully furnished and functioning home tailored to your likes and needs and that’s just the start of what you are getting when you join the beach houses community. Each design is an open concept and has three to four bedrooms, three to four bathrooms, outdoor dining and living area, a private pool, a sun deck, and an outdoor shower. A fantastic layout for family and friends. Changes and alterations can be made to these finish and furnishings choices quite easily, and our project Interiors Coordinator Kate Taylor awaits the opportunity to showcase these options and to hear what you want in your villa retreat! She is currently working on two custom designs for a couple of new owners at The Beach Houses and The Gardens and would love to work alongside you to make your dream home come true.
We have a dedicated property management team who can look after your home if you wish, offering regular and transparent reporting. If you’d like to rent out your Antigua beach house when not in use, we can promote the villa in our vacation networks and we will look after your home as if it were our own.
