New owners are able to soon retreat at their Beach House

 The Beach Houses team is pleased to welcome two owners to the community in 2022 and in 2023, they will be landscaping the completed show villa and starting construction on plots 5, 8 and 9, the latter being a second show villa.

 

The team at The Beach Houses have been busy this year working on their show house which is now in its final stages. As they finish up the details on Villa 3 and start the landscaping around they will create more privacy with tropical fauna and flora, and the true vision for The Beach Houses will come to life. Elmsbridge Design will be furnishing the showhouse as soon as the construction team finishes with their final details. They are also working on the finish and furnishings for a custom four-bedroom design on plot 8 and a spacious two-bedroom home on plot 9.
