New Year Construction Updates at The Gardens, developed by Elmsbridge

As the new year unfolds, we’re excited to share the latest from The Gardens, the exclusive 36-villa community we are developing, set in the picturesque west coast of Antigua in the vibrant Jolly Harbour.

Construction Highlights

Plot 118 – The First Aloe Villa: We’re thrilled to announce that Plot 118, featuring the two-bedroom Aloe design, is nearing completion. The crystal blue waters of the pool are already inviting and the kitchen is being fitted (stay tuned for a time lapse of this on our social media). The landscaping team have great plans for enveloping the property in lush tropical vegetation, which is set to begin in the coming weeks. Keep an eye out for a grand reveal very soon.

Plot 105 – The First Neem Villa: Progress is evident on this three-bedroom Neem villa, where the standing seam roof was recently installed. Our dedicated construction team is hard at work, ensuring that every detail of the villa meets the highest standards.

Plot 128 – Neem Plus Garden Cottage: Exciting news on 128! Earlier this month, we marked the pouring of concrete to form the foundation for another three-bedroom Neem villa with a garden cottage. Stay tuned for a time lapse of this key construction stage.

Plot 54 – Waterfront Hummingbird: Over on Plot 54, the customized three-bedroom Hummingbird villa with an extra garden cottage bedroom is taking shape, with piling currently underway. Witness the transformation as we lay the groundwork for The Gardens’ first waterfront retreat.
