At the end of last year, we got a call to help with a villa transformation.
We are thrilled to share the results of this newly refurbished villa, embarked on by one of Elmsbridge’s partners. This is something we don’t normally do, but we had the opportunity of providing tailored design services from purchase to design coordination for this already-built villa. This transformation has brought a breath of fresh air to Villa Three at Boons Point in Antigua.
The stylish three-bedroom, three-bathroom villa is for those who value each room in their home. It is in a lovely location and the home comes with the best features. They include a spacious living area, an open kitchen and dining room, a study and a swimming pool. This villa was transformed from a dated and dull interior to a modern-chic and earthy aesthetic with the main focus of embracing warm neutral shades.
High vaulted ceilings welcome you as you enter the home into the main living area. There is a dreamy ambience and the natural light compliments every room. Two elevated doors in the kitchen and dining space lead to the patio and pool area. Each bedroom offers rustic four-poster beds with matching wardrobes. Included as well is a television and air conditioning.
