CORPORATE LEGAL ASSOCIATE
You are a recent top tier graduate of law with a desire to enter the corporate legal world. You will be heading the legal department for an international luxury property development and sales company based in Antigua, along with a sister company offering private client wealth migration and corporate services.
You are hard-working and like to get things done right. You like people and meeting successful individuals from around the globe. You are a team player and work to fit in well with those around you.
You will be learning from a senior lawyer-in-residence and experienced executive management, and you will be supported by a competent professional services team. With tens of millions in property development and sales already underway and a large growth curve ahead, this is a real career opportunity.
There is a lot to learn in this job, and the initial salary will reflect that, but like the company, your future looks very rewarding.
OFFICE MANAGER
You are an energetic person who likes interacting with people. Reliable and steady under pressure, you enjoy a collaborative environment and are a well-organized individual. Able to juggle several tasks at one time, no job is too small or too large for you to tackle.
You will be an office manager in a dynamic organization with people coming and going regularly. This position is not limited to college graduates, but a firm knowledge of the Office software package is a key qualification, along with verbal and written skills.
You will be expected to be presentable and punctual, as you are the face of the organization to the outside world and the team organizer inside the office.
LUXURY PROPERTY SALES DIRECTOR
You understand the world of luxury international property and what to do from that property. More importantly you like people, and love having fun with them when they’re having the best times of their lives.
You will be the sales director for multiple projects with a team to support you and have a sophisticated marketing and promotional effort in place behind you. You will be receiving contacts from people overseas interested in discovering if Antigua fits them, and from those who love Antigua and interested in discovering if an Elmsbridge community fits them.
You will be responsible for managing the people and the resources in Antigua to deliver the experience on-the-ground that people dream is the Caribbean, and you can expect to be very busy. This is a challenging opportunity that requires the right blend of fun, skill, and industriousness, and the rewards reflect that challenge.
INTERIOR DESIGNER & CLIENT LIASON
You have formal training in interior design and/or a deep love of it, and you have the eye to create cool and elegant surroundings as evidenced by people’s reaction to your interior design taste. You really enjoy doing the details that go into crafting a special villa environment and take gratification from seeing the pleasure on the faces of people that appreciate it.
You will be an Interior designer and client liaison for Elmsbridge Design services, and as such will report to the Interiors Director and Design Director. You are a team player who gets along well with others and enjoys client interaction. You will be working with a team of committed people who take a lot of pride in their jobs and see the results of that daily.
With a large number of properties in Antigua to develop over the next years and international projects also, this is a growth opportunity that requires good energy, and it is a chance to learn a lot from an established leadership.
PROJECT MANAGER – RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION
You are an experienced residential construction project manager who thrives on seeing plans come to life. You are very organized, results-driven, and have no problems communicating with others to ensure every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
You will manage multiple luxury residential construction projects in Antigua, working closely with contractors, architects, and the internal design team. You take pride in overseeing every detail—whether creating timelines, conducting site visits, or mitigating risks—and your ability to get the job done according to plan is your biggest strength.
This role requires strong communication and leadership skills to coordinate the many stakeholders. You are comfortable juggling multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
