You will be the Warehouse Coordinator at Elmsbridge, reporting to the Procurement Manager and based in Antigua. You will manage the day to day flow of materials, furnishings, and equipment across our villa developments. This includes receiving and checking deliveries, managing storage and inventory, allocating materials by project, coordinating international shipping and local deliveries, and maintaining accurate logistics records.
You will work closely with suppliers, freight partners, contractors, and the Procurement team to ensure purchase orders, tracking systems, and documentation are kept up to date. Site deliveries and occasional installation support will also form part of the role.
You have experience in warehouse, logistics, procurement, or construction supply, are comfortable using Excel and inventory systems, and hold a valid driving licence with your own vehicle.

You will be an Accounting Assistant at Elmsbridge, supporting the finance team with day to day accounting tasks across our developments in Antigua. You will assist with accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, payment tracking, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records. You will help ensure documentation is complete, organised, and aligned with company procedures.
You are comfortable using accounting software and Excel, able to manage deadlines, and confident communicating with suppliers and internal team members when needed. Previous experience in accounting or finance is preferred, along with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
