You are a recent top tier graduate of law with a desire to enter the corporate legal world. You will be heading the legal department for an international luxury property development and sales company based in Antigua, along with a sister company offering private client wealth migration and corporate services.

You understand the world of luxury international property and what to do from that property. More importantly you like people, and love having fun with them when they’re having the best times of their lives.
You will be the sales director for multiple projects with a team to support you and have a sophisticated marketing and promotional effort in place behind you. You will be receiving contacts from people overseas interested in discovering if Antigua fits them, and from those who love Antigua and interested in discovering if an Elmsbridge community fits them.
You will be responsible for managing the people and the resources in Antigua to deliver the experience on-the-ground that people dream is the Caribbean, and you can expect to be very busy. This is a challenging opportunity that requires the right blend of fun, skill, and industriousness, and the rewards reflect that challenge.
You have formal training in interior design and/or a deep love of it, and you have the eye to create cool and elegant surroundings as evidenced by people’s reaction to your interior design taste. You really enjoy doing the details that go into crafting a special villa environment and take gratification from seeing the pleasure on the faces of people that appreciate it.
You will be an Interior designer and client liaison for Elmsbridge Design services, and as such will report to the Interiors Director and Design Director. You are a team player who gets along well with others and enjoys client interaction. You will be working with a team of committed people who take a lot of pride in their jobs and see the results of that daily.
With a large number of properties in Antigua to develop over the next years and international projects also, this is a growth opportunity that requires good energy, and it is a chance to learn a lot from an established leadership.
