We are currently working on this new development, Cedar Heights, featuring five modern golf villas with a private pool area designed for the long-term rental market.

Cedar Heights is an ideally located community only a ten-minute drive from the capital of St. John’s and the airport. There will be a sunbathing and shared pool area that will sit centrally amongst the villas. This private residences have been designed for a comfortable Caribbean lifestyle.

At the end of last year, a client asked for our guidance on transforming an outdated tropical villa. We are thrilled to share the results of this transformation!

Though it was an atypical ask, we jumped at the opportunity to provide tailored design services for this well-established villa. The refurbished look has brought a breath of fresh air to Villa Three at Boons Point in Antigua.

The team at The Beach Houses have been busy this year working on their show house which is now in its final stages. As they finish up the details on Villa Three and start the landscaping around that will create more privacy with tropical fauna and flora, and the true vision for The Beach Houses will come to life. Elmsbridge Design will be furnishing the showhouse as soon as the construction team finishes with their final details. They are also working on the finish and furnishings for a custom four-bedroom design on plot eight and a spacious two-bedroom home on plot nine.

This is the second of three large villas being developed with World of Indulgence on a bluff overlooking Nonsuch Bay on the island’s spectacular east coast, and situated in an operating resort of the same name (https://nonsuchbayresort.com).

World of Indulgence have a well-developed international luxury villa rental and concierge service business established and are able to manage the property if desired by an owner while not in use.

The asking price for the villa is $3.95M US and it is currently 1/3 of the way through construction. Finishes and furnishing can be customized at the Elmsbridge Design office in Antigua.
