Ocean’s Edge Resort is located in St. Kitts and was planned and initiated in 2006 by Brian Dobbin in conjunction with local partners including the Kittitian government. The project offered second home buyers over 150 units of apartments and villas in a luxurious seaside community.
Covering almost 40 acres and situated on a superb beachfront in Frigate Bay, the property is located at the center of the island’s resort region in direct proximity to the Marriott and Royal St. Kitts Golf Club, one of the most scenic golf courses in the Caribbean.
