Upon starting the NPI (Newfound Property International) subsidiary of Newfound Group N.V., Brian Dobbin specifically sought a project that was different from the North American, Caribbean, and European product the company was already selling.
He embarked on an investigation of South African resorts and visited 18 different projects in the country.
