The Gardens

The Gardens is a collection of plots and turnkey villas on Harbour Island at the heart of Antigua’s prime west coast community Jolly Harbour. Homeowners enjoy easy access to two beautiful beaches, an 18-hole golf course, a commercial centre, a full-service marina and a wide selection of restaurants and amenities.

The collection includes two, three and four bedroom villa designs that are fully finished and furnished, with options to personalise the layout and interior style. Our teams manage the full process, from construction oversight to ongoing care, so your home functions smoothly from the day you take possession.

Natural Comforts

South & Jolly Beach

Both minutes from The Gardens. Jolly Beach is one of Antigua’s most recognisable stretches of white sand, known for its calm turquoise water and wide shoreline. It is ideal for morning swims, long beach walks and relaxed afternoons close to home.

Golfing

Right next door, the Jolly Harbour Golf Course is an 18 hole, par 71 course set between palm groves and quiet waterways. Golfers enjoy an uncrowded layout, open fairways and a casual clubhouse atmosphere only minutes from the community.

Jolly Harbour Marina

The Marina Village is a small waterfront hub with cafés, restaurants and shops set along the docks. It is a convenient spot for groceries, casual dining or simply watching the marina come to life throughout the day.

Nearby Hiking Trails

The hills surrounding Jolly Harbour offer several accessible hiking routes, from the boulder formations of Greencastle Hill to the forested paths of the Shekerley Mountains. These trails vary in difficulty and reward walkers with expansive views over Antigua’s west coast and the Caribbean Sea.

Kayaking

The mangrove inlets around Jolly Harbour provide sheltered water perfect for kayaking. Paddlers can explore quiet channels, spot coastal birdlife and enjoy one of the calmest outdoor experiences in the area.

Pickleball & Tennis

Jolly Harbour now offers upgraded pickleball and tennis courts that are open to residents and visitors. The facilities provide an easy way to stay active, whether you prefer a casual morning game or a more competitive match with friends.

Cycling

The flat roads surrounding Jolly Harbour make it an easy area for casual cycling. Riders can follow quiet lanes, reach nearby beaches and enjoy open views over the marina and surrounding hills.

Boating & Sailing

Catamarans and small charters depart directly from the Jolly Harbour marina, offering relaxed daytime and sunset cruises along the island’s west coast. It is one of the most scenic ways to experience Antigua in the evening.

Stingray City

A short drive from Jolly Harbour, Stingray City offers an unforgettable experience with Antigua’s friendly southern stingrays. Guests take a quick boat ride to a shallow sandbar where the water is calm and clear, perfect for safely swimming, feeding, and interacting with these gentle creatures.

Kitesurfing

The warm Trade Winds blow here during the months of December through August and there are two world class kitesurfing areas which draw international kitesurfers from far and wide. Jabberwock Beach and Nonsuch Bay.

Cades Reef

Just off the coast of Antigua sits Cades Reef, an underwater park and one of the island’s best snorkelling and diving spots. On calm-weather days, visibility at Cades Reef can be up to 100 feet (30 meters) deep. You may even be able to spot an old sunken yacht on the outer reef.
