The Gardens sales office is now open at the Jolly Harbour Commercial centre close to Petals Cafe on the marina side. We are open all day Monday to Friday and welcome all visitors to come find out about our villas and home ownership at The Gardens.
We have two ownership pathways: the first is to buy a villa outright and the second is to buy a 25% fraction allowing you 25% of the time each year in the villa and you will receive net rental income for any weeks you aren’t in residence and the villa is rented.
