The Beach Houses Wins International Property Award

Elmsbridge Celebrates International Recognition for The Beach Houses Development

Elmsbridge is honoured to announce that The Beach Houses, one of our luxury residential projects in Antigua, has been awarded the International Property Award for 2023-2024 for Best Residential Development (10-19 units) in the Americas. This prestigious accolade, presented last week at the Savoy Hotel in London, stands as a testament to our commitment to excellence and innovation in property development.

As seen in the photo above, Beach Houses Project Director Rawdon Turner accepted the accolade on behalf of the team at the ceremony on February 22nd, 2024. Also pictured in the photo is Louis Pullen, Leader Architects and Designers UK, Lixil EMENA, and Stuart Shield, Chairman and President of the awards.

This recognition by the International Property Awards, an institution celebrating the highest levels of achievement across the real estate sector, not only elevates The Beach Houses project but also reinforces Elmsbridge’s dedication to excellence in property development.

The Beach Houses is a community of ten private beach homes located on Antigua’s chic south coast, emphasizing stylish beachside living inspired by communities like Malibu and Bondi Beach. This boutique gated community allows homeowners to choose between a variety of home plans and work with our experienced in-house design team to customize interiors and finishes. It boasts proximity to English Harbour’s amenities and includes a private dock for the community. It is also approved for citizenship in Antigua & Barbuda, not only offering property tax savings, but allowing you to make your beach home a true permanent refuge. The development showcases Elmsbridge’s commitment to luxury, privacy, and environmental respect in property development.

For more information about The Beach Houses, please visit the project website. Please do not hesitate to reach out to our team if you’d like to inquire about the development – there are only six plots remaining!
